Tradition Delloye Inc. ("we") is committed to protecting the personal information of its clients, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Tradition Delloye Inc. is Marie, reachable at admin@traditiondelloye.com or at 514 659-3145. Any question or request concerning your personal information should be addressed to her.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect: your name, your business address where applicable, your email, your phone number, your SAQ client number (if you are a license holder), the SAQ branch you selected, and your order details.
This information is used solely to process your private import order, to communicate with you about it, to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and to follow up on your file with the SAQ.
Only through the forms you fill out yourself on this site (cart, order details, contact form). We do not buy or share contact lists.
Your information is stored using cloud-based tools (site hosting, tracking spreadsheet, email automation, payment processing). Some of these providers operate servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States. By using this site, you consent to this transfer, which is necessary to process your order.
Your information is kept for as long as necessary to process your order, then for the period required by our legal and tax obligations (usually 6 years for accounting purposes), after which it is destroyed or anonymized.
You may at any time request access to your personal information, have it corrected, or request its deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations), by writing to the address above.
This site currently uses no advertising tracking cookies. If audience-measurement tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where applicable.

As soon as we receive your order, you'll get a confirmation email stating the exact time it was received and the deadline to cancel it. By default, we submit all orders to the SAQ 24 hours after receiving them — so you have a 24-hour window to cancel free of charge, any time before the deadline shown in that email. Your agency fees are then fully refunded. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page with your order number.
Once the order has been submitted to the SAQ, it can no longer be cancelled. Our agency fees are no longer refundable, as they cover service work already completed. Private import products are final sale: the cost of the wine, payable directly to the SAQ, is no longer refundable once the order has been submitted (except in case of stock shortage or defect — see below).
You are responsible for picking up your order at the chosen SAQ branch and paying its cost directly to the SAQ. If an order is not picked up, return fees apply: $9.50 per unstamped bottle and $21.75 per stamped bottle.
If the wine ordered is no longer available when we submit your request to the SAQ, we will inform you and fully refund your agency fees, regardless of the stage your order is at.
The SAQ offers a one-year warranty against any defect in products sold under private imports. If a purchased bottle is defective, these situations are outside our control and are handled directly with the SAQ: a defective product can only be refunded — the SAQ does not offer exchanges. Upon presentation of this proof of refund, we also apply a credit equivalent to our service fee for the bottle in question, applicable to a future order.
Write to us via the Contact page, indicating your name and your order details. Refunds are processed using the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
